Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Below is our policy on eligible returns:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any defects, damages, or incorrect items.
  3. Return Process:

    • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.
    • Return shipping is covered by us if the return is due to our error (e.g., a defect or incorrect item).

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or a replacement based on your preference. Photo proof is required to process the refund or replacement.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom orders, personalized products, and items purchased with a final sale cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
  3. Refund Process:

    • After receiving your return request and verifying the defect, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
    • In the case of replacements, once the return is approved, a new product will be produced and shipped.

Lost or Missing Orders

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the process.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time:
