- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.
- Return shipping is covered by us if the return is due to our error (e.g., a defect or incorrect item).
Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or a replacement based on your preference. Photo proof is required to process the refund or replacement.

- Custom orders, personalized products, and items purchased with a final sale cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

- After receiving your return request and verifying the defect, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- In the case of replacements, once the return is approved, a new product will be produced and shipped.
Lost or Missing Orders

Exchanges
